Any changes to the Workshop program will be announced during housekeeping notices each morning. You may also check with Leishman Associates staff at the Registration Desk.

Welcome Reception
Date: Wednesday 3rd September
Time: 6pm – 9pm
Location: The Terrace, Rooftop of Emporium Hotel South Bank (Workshop venue)

The evening will be informal and relaxed.  The food offering will be of the quantity of a dinner substitute, so no need to plan dinner after.

Workshop Dinner
Date: Thursday 4th September
Time: 7pm
Location: Roof Terrace, Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA), Stanley Place, South Brisbane, 20 minute flat walk from The Emporium

Please note, the Rooftop Terrace is a covered but outdoor venue. The night may start warm but could cool down to mid-low teens, so please consider bringing a jacket.

Full registration also includes lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, Welcome Drinks and the Workshop Dinner.

Day Registration includes lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments on the day of attendance.

You must advise the conference managers of any special dietary requirements when you register for the conference. Caterers at each function will be informed of these. If you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to ask staff at the registration desk.

IMPORTANT – If your dietary request relates to a life-threatening allergy, please ensure that you advise the organisers as soon as possible.

When you book your accommodation your credit card details will be transferred to the hotel you have selected – please confirm this on check in with your hotel. Your credit card will not be charged until you check out. If you have arrived 24 hours later than your indicated arrival day you may find that you have forfeited your deposit.

The members of the Workshop organising committee and Leishman Associates accept no liability for personal accident of loss or damage suffered by any participant, accompanying person, invited observer or any other person by whatever means. Nor do we accept liability for any equipment or software brought to the conference by attendees, speakers, sponsors or any other party. Please protect your personal property. Do not leave laptops, cameras, and other valuable items unsecured. Be conscious of individuals who appear out of place and do not wear a conference name badge. Advise Leishman Associates staff if this does not occur.

Photography and Recording by Attendees:

  • Attendees are permitted to take photographs for personal or social media use during sessions, provided they do not disrupt the proceedings and the presenter has not indicated otherwise.
  • Presenters have the option to display a “No Photography” icon on their slides or posters to indicate their preference. If no such indication is present, photography is generally permitted.
  • Audio and video recording of sessions by attendees is prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from the presenter.

Social Media Sharing:

  • When sharing images or content from the conference on social media, please credit the presenter and use the official conference hashtag
  • Do not share images of individuals under 18 years of age without explicit permission from a parent or guardian.

Respect and Consideration:

  • Be mindful of others’ preferences regarding photography and recording. Always ask for consent before capturing images or recordings of fellow attendees.
  • Avoid using flash photography during sessions to prevent distractions.

Please provide your presentation on USB to the AV Technician in the Speakers’ Preparation Room at least 2 hours prior to your session.

For all Workshop sessions and the Welcome Drinks the dress code is smart casual. The Workshop Dinner dress code is Cocktail.

Complimentary wireless internet access will be available to delegates for the duration of the Workshop. Simply use the hotel guest Wi-Fi. Details will be provided onsite.

All intellectual property rights of the event, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the event is owned by the FROGG. Participants may not use, reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade names appearing at the Workshop, content, or in any materials distributed at or in connection with the Workshop for any reason without the prior written permission from the Host.

No part of the Workshop be recorded, reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronically or mechanically, including but not limited to video or audio recording, photography, photocopying or any other information storage or retrieval system known now or in the future, without the explicit written permission of FROGG.

FROGG 2025 reserves the right to amend or alter any advertised details relating to dates, program and speakers, if necessary, without notice, as a result of circumstances beyond their control. All attempts have been made to keep any changes to an absolute minimum.
